Beginning of a new era for ABCUL
This weekend we attended our second ABCUL conference. Maria, Louise and Caroline represented ICM, carrying out a branding seminar on Sunday and running a surgery throughout the weekend.
ABCUL are about to embark on their rebrand and so we took the opportunity to start the process by holding a surgery for ABCUL members from the various Credit Unions to tell us what their perceptions of ABCUL are.
The next step in the branding process will be to investigate the internal perception of the existing brand values. This part of the process is really important to ensure that the rebranding is a success.
