Tank Pit 13 Promotion
To promote and raise awareness of the new tank pit construction and encourage storage take-up prior to the new facility going live. The theme: Vopak under surveillance. The idea: To covertly unveil aspects of the new facility through an ongoing advertising campaign culminating in the final release of a spy case file complete with blueprint mailed out to the predominantly male audience.
