We have built a close relationship with Leeds College of Art and Design through our Managing Director, Ian, who is a governor of the college. This has created a fantastic opportunity for us to work closely with the students and play a vital role in their development.
Once a month we invite a group of current third year students to come to our office to take part in our Creative Challenge. This scheme gives the students the opportunity to work on live jobs and provides work examples to add to their portfolios. Working alongside our own staff gives them a valuable insight into the demands of the creative industry.
We are always happy for students to come to our offices. We encourage them to get a feel for the working environment and we are happy to answer any questions they may have about our industry. We hope that this experience equips them with the knowledge they need when they enter the world of work
