The future of doors?
As a lover of all things Sci Fi you would have thought that I would have loved this, but apart from being really cool what is the point? Am I getting too cynical? I do want one though, hours of fun.

I like them too.
But I can't help thinking it would be the kind off thing to be fitted between carriages on a brand new train. Jump several years on (when the train has been used and abused) and the door will fail, punching you in the kidneys.
Anyone who has traveled on an old GNER East Coast train with automatic doors will understand the occasional 'punch in the head' the these doors give out!
Beware the fancy and new. It won't always be!
