Yesterday was Ladies Day at Royal Ascot in which every year we get to see some very extraordinary hat designs. I wonder how some of these ladies keep these hats on their heads?

There seems to be a sweet theme this year with an ice cream cone and Quality Streets becoming headwear and one lady has managed to get the horse racing theme onto her hat.
It seems that Ladies day has become all about the shape and size of your hat, but I feel most of these women are just wearing these hats to get attention from the media.

My personal favourite are these two ‘ladies’ who remind me of Bubbles from Little Britain!!
