Wedding Fever

The invites have gone out and I have to say, they are not very exciting. Lovely stock, print, emboss, foil etc. but boring. Find out more about them on BBC News if you are interested.

So thank goodness for the unofficial merchandise

A while ago I blogged about the range unofficial plate designs which has kept me on the look out for other items of interest. Now I have a good collection it’s time to share.

Crown Jewel Condoms

Early Learning Centre Happyland Royal Wedding

B&Q Royal wedding gnomes

Replicas of the engagement ring

Elgoods Windsor Knot, uses sovereign hops developed for the Queen’s Golden Jubilee.

Hotter Comfort Concept Royal Wedding limited edition women’s moccasin

Prince Harry’s Field Guide to Surviving the Royal Wedding

Official Royal Wedding Corgi coat

The Independent’s Brief

The Independent asked a band of young designers to come up with memorabilia that’s a cut above the usual tat.

So come the 29th April, picture me in the knitted Kate & Wills gloves, fake royal engagement ring, Royal zombie t-shirt, my large cat in the Royal Corgi coat, sitting in my front garden with my bride & groom gnomes drinking a pint of Windsor knot.

Thanks again for the free day off.
