One man, two years . . . One Map
But not just any map – THE Map, the Best of Show at the annual competition of the Cartography and Geographic Information Society. A fantastic piece of work, going into more detail than the National Geographic Maps.
The story linked below goes into a lot more detail about how maps are usually produced, checked and what criteria that are used to make these maps both as accurate as possible and usable.
