Account Director
With 15 years working both agency and client side, Account Director Caroline lives and breathes marketing – a kind of walking encyclopaedia on the subject. She is the voice of the client within ICM so it’s Caroline that ensures all projects meet your brief and objectives and pulls no punches.
Somehow Caroline also finds time to work with a local charity to raise their profile and their marketing materials to compete with charities with a higher profile within the region. She also presents master classes in branding, at both national conferences and for local organisations. A bit of a marketing guru, really.
